Returns:

• Ella Chic Boutique does not currently offer refunds.  We do however accept returns for store credit or we can do exchanges if the item is available. 
• You have 30 days after purchase date to return for store credit. 
• Store credit never expires and may be used towards purchase of any in-stock items.  You can use it by entering it in the discount box at the checkout. Please note that the store credit is for 1 time use only.
• All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.  If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.
• All items marked “FINAL SALE” and ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.
• ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT.

Instructions for Return:

• Please email info@ellachicboutique.com to start your return. Include your order number and which items you will be returning.
• After your return has been accepted, we will email you a return label to use to mail back item(s). 
• Once we receive your return we will send you an email with your store credit code within 2-3 business days.
• Please note Ella Chic Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We will do our best to help you locate your package but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.

Exchanges:

• Items are NOT eligible for exchange if they meet any of the below criteria:

• Same item unavailable in desired size
